This notice covers the AI Achieve coming-soon website and its early-access waitlist. The full creative platform is still in development.
What you share
If you join, we store your email address, the optional brand name and product category you provide, the time you registered, and a record of your agreement to receive early-access updates. We also store a hashed secret used to verify your private removal link.
Why we keep it
We use these details to understand interest in AI Achieve and to contact you about early access and launch updates. Joining does not create a paid account or subscribe you to a finished product. This website does not currently send automated confirmation or marketing emails.
Where your details live
Waitlist records are stored in a private directory on the VPS that hosts this website. They are not publicly accessible through the website. Access is limited to people administering this project and the server infrastructure. Your registration is not sent to an AI generation service.
Technical information
The web server may keep ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, requested paths, and timestamps, to operate and protect the site. The signup endpoint keeps temporary hashed identifiers in server memory to limit repeated requests. These identifiers are not stored in your waitlist record. The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Removing your registration
When you first join, we show a private removal link. Save it somewhere safe. Opening it lets you explicitly request deletion of your active waitlist record. The private code stays in the link’s fragment, after the # symbol, and is only sent to the server when you press the removal button.
Anyone with the complete link can remove your registration, so do not share it. We cannot show that link again through a repeated signup, and this draft site does not yet offer an email-based recovery flow. Removal deletes the active signup record; ordinary server logs do not contain the form body or private fragment and are separate from that record.
How long we keep it
We keep your active registration while preparing early access and communicating launch updates, unless you remove it first. If the project is discontinued, the early-access list will be deleted. We will update this notice before introducing materially different uses of your details.
